How much are shipping costs?

Our shipping rates for Canada are located at the bottom of this page. The total price is shown.

How do I get my Canada Post tracking number?

The tracking numbers for each days shipments are automatically emailed at the end of each day.

My Canada Post tracking number is not working. What should I do?

Sometimes Canada Post may take a day to post the package tracking information to their web site. If it is not working after 24 hours please contact our Customer Service department.

How do I contact Canada Post?

The post office has my package but they have not delivered it yet. Why?

Please contact them directly to obtain further status on your packages. The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your local postal service. Manitoulin Coffee Company would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?

If the item appears to have obvious damage by the post office, immediately tell the postal carrier you do not want to receive this package or contact Canada Post to submit a damaged shipment claim.

If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of around 3 days to file the damage claim.

If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged. If they are, refuse the package claiming the damage. Obtain a control number from Canada Post and contact Customer Service or phone 1-705-282-8705.

Always make sure to get Canada Post damage package control number for your claim.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Verify you have received all boxes. If you are still missing an item(s), contact our Customer Service department or phone 1-705-282-8705.

Does Manitoulin Coffee Company pay for the return shipping of defective merchandise?

We do not accept returns of food items. We do strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Manitoulin Coffee Company will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.

What if I refuse a package, what happens next?

If the shipment is refused it will not be returned to Manitoulin Coffee Company. You must notify our Customer Service department stating why the order was refused. Upon verification we will credit the customer in full. If not all items are refused then only the items refused will be refunded.

Is it possible to request that Canada Post re-route my package to a different delivery address?

Once an order has been placed the shipping address can not be changed. If the shippment has not been processed by us an order may be cancelled by contacting Customer Service or by phoning 1-705-282-8705. A new order will have to be placed by the customer.

Are shipping costs added cumulatively for each item I order or do they reduce when multiple items are purchased?

Shipping charges are based on the number of lbs. of coffee and destination of your package. At Manitoulin Coffee Company we appreciate loyalty, so we reduce the price of shipping when you purchase more coffee. You can view our shipping price chart at the bottom of this page.

Does Manitoulin Coffee Company ship internationally?

Due to the prohibitive cost of shipping internationally we only ship within Canada.
